Archive keeps the milestone for historical context; delete removes it completely.
Archive (Recommended)
Preserves the milestone in the database but hides it from the Gantt. Recommended after a milestone is complete.
Delete Permanently
Removes the milestone entirely, along with its owners/updates. Tasks are unlinked but preserved.
Confirm Deletion
This action cannot be undone. Owners, updates, and any automatic links will be removed.
